Be prepared for difficult questions and unexpected events such as long waiting periods
and delays.
Don't let these affect your attitude. Be positive.
- Take a closer look at your problems and see them as they really are, and not worse
than they need be.
- Remember that you have the power to change any problem.
- Keep looking for solutions. Every lock has a key.
- Stop negative criticism. Negativity begets negativity.
- Make your own decisions, but never throw away a valuable opinion. If it makes sense,
use it, even if it wasn’t you who thought about it.
- Avoid putting others down, including yourself.
- In times of crisis, when you are upset, keep saying to yourself, "take positive
actions".
- Remember; the mistakes of your past are not the same as your efforts for the future.
- Revise something inspiring.
- Invest your time and money in making yourself a better person; buy, borrow
or rent a book; listen to your favourite music etc.
